By downloading or using the Ally app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Ally is designed to be a safe space for families. We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate content.

3. Privacy & Data

Ally collects only the information necessary to operate the service — including parent account details, child profiles, device identifiers, app usage data, and task completion photos. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

• Pricing: Ally is offered at $9.99/month or $79.99/year.
• Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple App Store or Google Play and automatically renew unless cancelled through your store account settings.
• Cancellation: If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
• Refunds: Ally does not process or issue refunds directly. Any refund requests must be made through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Ally app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Ally and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is": Ally is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for effective parental controls, we cannot guarantee 100% prevention of all unwanted screen time or content access.
